Hi! I'm Bangs - a spin instructor who believes these bikes hold the key to our untapped power. I've spent years in dark, sweaty studios guiding thousands of people to go from workout mode to euphoria.
My method is accessible movement mixed with badass soundtracks and emotive, motivational coaching, that deepens your mind-body connection.
