Currently, no. All classes are On Demand – you have access to a large library with a variety of classes you can choose from, be it Spin, Pilates, stretching, or a full-body workout. You can do it in your own time, in your own space and at your own pace.
Some of the off-bike workouts will require some equipment, but many can be done with none at all. I’d recommend having a set of resistance bands, some light dumb bells (1-3lbs) and a set of heavier dumb bells (8lbs – 15lbs) as a great starting point.
As the rides are rhythm-based rides with a fair amount of going in and out of the saddle, along with some push ups on the handlebars, I recommend finding a bike that is sturdy and will hold in place as you move.
I use the Bowflex C6 and it’s great – easy to assemble and doesn’t take up too much space.
Patience, patience, patience! Take everything at your own pace. For the bike workouts, the Soulful Sunday rides are a perfect place to start. They are slower, with a very chilled vibe and limited choreography that’s easy to follow.
But for any workout you’re doing, listen to your body; slow down when you need to, stop and take a breather when necessary. Just do what you can. Your fitness will build up, but I will always advise you to be gentle with yourself along the way.
